COMMENTS & OBSERVATIONS
Upon entry the current was rather strong due to the large tidal differential but not unmanageable although it did make photographic composition difficult. A new species was recorded – our Cratena sp. 07. Refer to its Species Profile for a full description and reasoning for choosing the name. Eubranchus sp. 13 was an uncommon find as was the Tenellia sp. 47 that is a species lacking visible oral tentacles. A Cratena lineata specimen was recorded that lacked white stripes on the cerata, being a known variation.
