According to Dave Behrens this is the Polycera sp. 04 of NSSI, 2018.  Dave makes this observation in commenting on an image by the late Jim Black, posted on Mike Miller’s Slug Site as:
Polycera sp. 4 (05/04/2020) Week 1141,
that bears a quite similar appearance to the one in our image above. Both were recorded at Tulamben, Bali, Indonesia.
